Our Story

In April of 2021, my dad was diagnosed with cancer. When he told my family and me, we knew that our lives would change but that we could get through it. For the first couple of months, there was a wave of built-up anger and pain inside me because of his diagnosis. I need a way to channel it and feel like I’m doing something to make my dad proud. I decided to get involved with a few cancer organizations, and I enjoyed helping other people in similar situations to my father and me. But, I still felt like there was more I could do. So, in October of 2021, I decided that I was going to create something that would donate all proceeds to Cancer organizations and also help uplift people who have a loved one going through cancer or are going through cancer themselves. My dad has always taught me many lessons throughout my life, one being to do one small thing every day towards a goal, and you will complete it. When he was diagnosed with cancer, this resonated with him a lot more. Every day he made sure to do one thing to help him feel better, whether that’s going for a walk or eating a good meal. His friend called this “the turtle theory” because the slow turtle always wins the race. Going through cancer can feel impossible at times, but I created Little by Little to show to the world that it takes time, but eventually, things will get better. Take every day one day at a time, and little by little, things will change for the good.
